F & E CheckPros services all of the manufacturers’ products for all of the product lines we sell. We believe in providing prompt, friendly, quality and value-oriented services to all customers. While minimizing down-time. F & E CheckPros firmly believes in providing cost effective recommendations including repair and replacement options as the situation may dictate so you can make the most informed decision. In order to meet your needs we offer three levels of service plans.

Platinum Full Coverage Plan*

F & E CheckPros Platinum Service Plan is a full parts and labor maintenance and service plan. This plan is available on most models and includes both routine maintenance as well as urgent service. Priority service is standard with this plan. Full details are in the plan agreement.

Classic Maintenance & Service Plan*

F & E CheckPros Classic Service Plan is a labor-only maintenance and service plan. This plan is available on all models and includes both routine maintenance as well as urgent service as needed where you only pay for parts on an as-needed basis. Priority service is standard with this plan. Full details are in the plan agreement.

Per Incident Service Option*

F & E CheckPros Per Incident Service Option enables the customer to pay for service as needed. Labor on service calls are charged an hourly rate, starting at an one hour minimum and then in quarter-hour increments thereafter. There are no additional charges for show-up/travel time and mileage. However, parts and consumables (i.e. ribbons, ink rolls, etc.) are charged as needed to complete the maintenance or repair.
*Circuit/Logic boards, programming, customer misuse, as well as labor and parts required for circumstances outside of normal wear and usage of the machines are excluded fom all service plans. Maintenance and service plans include discounts of up to 25% on parts and services not covered under the plan.
